Plastic Free Axminster is pleased to announce that you can now recycle your empty medicine blister packs at Axminster Medical Practice.

Empty packs can be recycled in a blue bin just inside the practice door.

Kay Pike, community co-ordinator for Plastic Free Axminster, said: "Thank you to the doctors and practice manager Sharon Giles for supporting this recycling stream by becoming a public drop-off point.

Just pop the blister packs in a separate paper bag.

"The practice also takes expired inhalers for recycling. Please bag them up and give them in to reception."
