Two sporting clubs which share the facilities at Cloakham Lawn in Axminster will square up to each other in a 20-over cricket match in a charity fundraising day.
The event on Sunday, August 29 will see Millwey Rise footballers and Axminster Cricket Club members do battle in the family fun event.
Seaton's fight to stay in Division A received another set-back after suffering another heaving defeat.

In the Axe Valley, Seaton's Division A home match with Torquay was called off, ruining Seaton's chance of securing much-needed points in their fight to avoid relegation.
With Uplyme and Lyme Regis and Seaton having finished the first East Devon Bash T20 competition in first and second place, the Uplyme Muffin Men were favourites to beat the Seaton Pirates in the final, held at the King George V playing field on Sunday.
But in an exciting match, Uplyme failed by just eight runs after the Pirates had posted 149-4, having been put into bat. Having lost three early wickets, captain Matt Hewer (25), Joel Seward (60) and Tristan Wakley (40) were instrumental in setting a challenging target for Uplyme to lift the cup.

The Rotary Club of Axminster are always keen to support both the youth and the not so young in the local community and the opportunity to help Axminster Town's Under 14 cricket team with new kit is a good example.
Team manager Mark Burrough expressed his thanks to the Rotary Club for the shirts and felt it built a greater feeling of belonging to a team and enhanced team spirit.
SEATON, who slipped to second from bottom in the table after losing by nine wickets to Barton, are looking destined for B Division cricket next season.
Seaton lifted themselves out of relegation danger with a comfortable 127-run victory over bottom placed Cullompton.
Another indifferent batting display saw Seaton lose by eight wickets at home to leaders Bradninch and find themselves hovering above the relegation danger zone.
