Axminster Town Reserves last evening booked a place in the second round of the East Devon Senior Cup with a resounding 7-2 victory against Clyst Valley 2nds.
The victory came courtesy of two hat-tricks from Jon Hurford and Tom Edwards.

The Tigers progressed to the next round of the Devon Cup after a great team performance against Plymouth side Mayflower, played at the Devon FA headquarters on the new 3G pitch.Axminster Town, enjoying one of their best seasons for many years, pulled off their best result so far with a 2-0 win over top of the league Okehhampton Argyle.

In front of a crowd of 65 supporters, Beer Albion 2nds held on to top spot in Devon and Exeter Division Two, coming from behind to beat Exeter University 4ths 2-1 in a gripping contest.
