Seaton Tennis Club recently unveiled their new state of the art LED floodlighting system.

Club Chairman Simon Prior said: "It's a huge improvement on our long-serving old floodlights. We estimate a 40 per cent saving on energy consumption, much better illuminated courts – all individually switched – and reduced light spill for our neighbours so great for all concerned."

Simon also highlighted the recent appointment of Toby Willis as new head coach. "He's been ever present since his return in September and is already an outstanding ambassador for the club. I look forward to working with him and his team for many  years to come."

Toby said; "It's fantastic to be back at Seaton and great to work with so many enthusiastic adults and juniors of all abilities. I'm also looking forward to seeing lots of new people at our Open Day."

* Seaton Tennis Club's Great British Tennis Weekend Open Day takes place on Saturday, June 25. It's free and there for everyone to come and try out some tennis so why not join in the fun.  Mainly juniors in the morning from 9 to 1 pm and mainly adults in the afternoon from 1 to 5pm but you can turn up any time.
