Colyton out of the Devon Premier Cup

Colyton have exited the Devon Premier Cup in an exciting first round tie against Clyst Valley.

There was little between the two sides in 90 minutes which finished in a 3-3 draw, the Colyton goals coming from Jake Collier, Frederick Bennett and Williams Sydenham.

The match went straight to penalties which Colyton lost 4-3. Their successful penalties were scored by Charlie Cross, Learn Quigley and Johndrick Gangoso.

This Saturday Colyton are at home to Devon and Exeter Premier leaders Crediton United (3pm kick-off). Colyton 2nd X1 are away to Budleigh Salterton in Division Four.
