A Division
Seaton's batting failed them at home to Tavistock who won the toss and elected to bat, setting the home side a target of 207.
The visitors got off to a good start, posting 132-2 with opening David Ball making 63. But they suffered a bit of a mid-order collapse, at one time being 175 for 7.
Star man with the ball was Joel Seward who took 4-for 39 off ten overs.
Seaton's new signing, Mali Marshall, the son of former West Indies bowler Malcolm Marshall, took two wickets on his debut for the club with Robbie Prior also grabbing a brace.
In reply, only the ever-reliable Josh Cann put up any real resistance with a knock of 44. The only other batsman to reach double figures was Robbie Prior (14) as Seaton were all out for 110, leaving them in mid-table with just one win in five.
Seaton 7 points, Tavistock 19 points.
B Division
Kilmington 1st X1 dispensed of Plymstock for 129 - but it took 44 overs to do so.
The Reed boys, Oliver and Matt, shared the bowling honours with three wickets each and Robert Crabb bowled tightly, conceding only five runs in his nine overs and claiming two wickets.
The home team made hard work of chasing a winning total and at one time were 68-but 47 from Matt Rockett got Kilmington back on target and Plymstock were all out for 131, giving the East Devon villagers 19 points, enough to give them a two-point lead at the top of the B Division table over Chudleigh.
Kilmington 19 points, Chudleigh 6 points.
D Division East
In glorious sunshine and before an expectant crowd, Uplyme and Lyme Regis consolidated their position at the top of the Devon Cricket League D Division East with another 20-point victory.
This home fixture against Kentisbeare delivered Uplyme's third win out of five, the other two being rained off, leaving them with a ten-point lead at the top of the table.
The villagers' batting strength was again much in evidence with opener Steve Batey scoring another half century (57) before holing out frustratingly to a full toss.
Once again, Batey was well supported by brother Mark, who hit 55, but the star of the show was last season' batting sensation Tyler Wellman who carried his bat for a patient but glorious 88.
It was Wellman who last season hit three consecutive centuries, a feat never seen in local cricketing circles before. When he came to the wicket at number four there was great anticipation from the spectators that his first century of the new season might well be on the cards.
On a wicket not conducive to high scoring with the ball keeping low, probably due to the amount of rain recently, Wellman paced himself well but with ten overs to go and 33 runs on the board he opened his shoulders and was 80 not o ut when Kentisbeare's 45 overs were completed.
Skipper Sam Farrow batted sensibly for his 31 and Harvey Brimicombe added a useful 13 in Uplyme's total of 282-4.
Kentisbeare never looked capable of reaching that total with the exception of opener Harvey Sanders who made a stylish 71.
Bowling honours for Uplyme were shared by Steve Batey (3 for 25), Harvey Brimicombe (3 for 33) and Jibu Varghese, who bowled well for his 3-14 off six overs.
Uplyme & Lyme Regis 20 points, Kentisbeare 5 points
Chardstock secured fourth place in the table, beating Samford Peverell and Tiverton by just 31 runs.
Chardstock were put into bat and were bowled out for 156 in 42 overs with Tom Warren top scoring on 44. Gary Larcombe (29) and Robbie Hutchings (22), weighed in with useful scores.
Hutchings was the star bowler, finishing with figures of 5 for 24 off nine overs as the Mid Devon side were bowled out 32 runs short of victory.
Samford Peverell and Tiverton 8 points, Chardstock 18 points.
E Division East
Axminster Town 1st X1 are still looking for their first victory of the season. Away to Bideford, Littleham and Westward Ho, they won the toss but were bowled out for 112 in 33 overs.
None of the batsmen really got going with Paul Miller top scoring on 20.
In reply, the North Devon side knocked off the required runs in 27 overs for the loss of only three wickets.
This defeat leaves Axminster at the foot of the table on 25 points.
Bideford, Littleham and Westward Ho 20 points, Axminster Town 3 points.

Chasing 204-5, Whimple never really looked like building a winning totak nd they were bowled out for 150 in 37 overs.
