Axminster chef Ric Edgell is keeping busy in the kitchen during lockdown, sharing some of his favourite recipes with residents in cook-along videos.
Ric opened his restaurant Ric's Kitchen, serving locally-sourced handmade food with a Mediterranean twist, in Axminster just after the first national lockdown and it has proved a huge hit with residents.
Now he is helping them make some of his favourite recipes at home, posting regular cook-along videos on the Ric's Kitchen Facebook page.
Recipes so far have included Ric's signature Spanish tortilla, as well as breakfast pancakes which he cooked with his son, and peri peri chicken burgers.
Ric has also asked supporters to challenge him by sending in a list of five ingredients they have in their store cupboard and he will try and come up with a recipe to use them, which has already resulted in a tasty fish pie recipe posted on his Facebook page.
To view the cook-along videos, visit the Ric's Kitchen Facebook page or, for more informatoion on the restaurant, visit the website www.rics.kitchen.
