Railway services disrupted in Axminster after person struck by train

A person has been struck by a train between Crewkerne and Honiton.
The incident means that some trains through these stations, including Axminster, may be cancelled, delayed or revised with disruption expecting to last until 8pm this evening (Tuesday).
Replacement buses are running between Exeter St David's and Yeovil Junction.
South Western Railway response teams and the emergency services are attending that scene.
