A new stall encouraging healthy and nutritious eating has opened at Axminster's weekly market.

Taste Explorer will be returning to Axminster market for the fourth week this Thursday, run by chef and nutritionist Eugin Anuta and his wife Diana.

Originally from Romania, the couple moved to England last year and more recently settled in Colyton.

Eugin has been serving up a selection of his warming, homemade soups, with different flavours available each week, and plans to continue along these lines throughout the winter before adding some new dishes to the menu.

As a trained nutritionist, his aim is to serve healthy and nutritious dishes to suit all tastes at the market.

The couple are also hoping to eventually launch some cooking courses to teach people to cook healthy food at home.

You can find the Taste Explorer stall to the left of the Minster Church entrance on market days every Thursday.
