Axminster Heritage Centre will be offering free entry to all local residents this Saturday (August 29).

Residents with a EX13 post code are invited to visit the centre and explore the history of Axminster and its surrounding area, from prehistoric times to the present day.

The centre will be offering free admission from 10am to 1pm as part of its commitment to making the town's history accessible to the local community. Visitors should bring proof of residence.
