Axminster Property will be helping to make Christmas extra special this year.
The company is opening up the cellars of their flagship building, Trinity House in Axminster, where children will be able to visit Father Christmas in the run-up to the big day.
The unique experience will start upstairs at the Community Waffle House and will take visitors deep underground to Santa's grotto, through the twinkly lit secret tunnels of Trinity House.
In the grotto, children will meet Father Christmas and his elves and will receive a gift and a photo.
A spokesperson said: "We at Axminster Property are proud to launch 'Santa at Trinity' with support from Totally Locally, local retailers and the world famous Community Waffle House.
"It's our way of making this year one of the best and keep everything totally locally!
The grotto will be open from December 14 to 23. Each visit will last 12 minutes and costs £5 per child.
