Nub News' regular cartoonist Kevin Rye, from Seaton, shares his comical take on today's Tiverton & Honiton Election results, which saw the Liberal Democrats' candidate Richard Foord, a former British Army Major, overturn the Conservatives' majority of more than 24,000.
