• During JULY we are training LED The Hangar staff to work weight neutrally
• During AUGUST you'll start your Nutriri Food & Body Ease Online Course (worth £250)
• End of AUGUST we'll introduce you to The Hangar spaces
• In SEPTEMBER your 12 weeks supported access to The Hangar begins (worth £105)
• Nutriri & LED Nurturing support throughout

All places are subsidised to reflect what it would cost to stay a member of the gym and Nutriri after the programme, although neither is a requirement to taking part. We're pleased to have reduced rates for lower income members too.
