LYME Regis Reserves brushed away the cobwebs after Saturday's 5-2 defeat at Teigmouth to run riot on Easter Monday with a 8-0 victory over Devon and Exeter League Division One East opponents Otterton.
Prior to this afternoon's game, the Seasiders' second string were placed at the foot of the COVID-reset table and Otterton were in fourth position.

Axminster Reserves maintained their position at the top of the reset Devon and Exeter League Division Two East with a comfortable 3-0 win at Feniton 2nds on Easter Monday.
They now lead the table with 29 points from nine games, with Ottery St Mary in second place and Millwey Rise third.
Axminster Town's buoyant youth section is looking for more coaches and is hoping to encourage more parents to step forward and help.
Mark Burrough currently coaches the youth section's under 6s, under 7s and under 8s with the under 8s entered in the Exeter and District Youth League.

In their first game back after lockdown, Millwey Rise and near neighbours Axminster Reserves played out a very entertaining, typical local derby match at Cloakham Lawns today (Saturday), finishing in a 1-1, the first points the Tigers second string have dropped all season.
With organised sport now permitted, the netball courts at Axe Valley Academy sprung back into action this week.
Axe Vale Netball Club hosted their first training session on Tuesday evening, hosted by head coach Trish Warwick.

Nub News commitment to local sport in East Devon was underlined last evening (Thursday) with the presentation of trophies awarded to the top batsmen and bowlers in last season's Devon Cricket Mini-League.
The full Devon League programme was not able to take place this summer because of the delayed season due to the coronavirus restrictions, so a number of tiered mini-leagues were organised instead.
Seaton Tennis Club opens its courts again on Monday, March 29th in line with the government's roadmap out of lockdown.
Club Chairman Simon Prior said: "We're expecting a huge surge of interest with the return of existing members, alongside potential new members and visitors who will come down for a game simply because they now can!"
Cricketing fanatics are looking forward to next year's Ashes tests in Australia. Sports writer DICK STURCH turns the clock back to 1902 when the Aussies played at Taunton. The following is taken from the "Badminton Magazine of Sports and Pastimes January - June 1902."

Axminster Reserves resume their 2020-21 season following the easing of lockdown on Saturday, April 3rd with an away match against Devon and Exeter League Division Two East local rivals Millwey Rise (kick-off 3 pm).
When the league was suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Tigers' second string topped the division, having played seven games.
