A talented young Axminster footballer has signed professional forms for Southampton FC.

Tyler-Jay Dibling, who has come through the Axminster Town youth-set up, has been offered a five-year scholarship at the Saints.

Tyler-Jay is the son of Sam Sibling, one of the area's most respected footballers who is still turning out for the reformed Charmouth in the Perry Street League and Axminster Reserves in the Devon and Exeter League.

Tyler-Jay, an Axe Valley Academy student, has been training with Southampton for a number of years and although he is only 15 years old, he has been playing with the Saints' Under 18 team, such is his potential.
