Following their 2-2 draw with Brixham in the South West Peninsular Premier East Devon, Axminster Town slammed in seven goals without reply against struggling Ottery St Mary on Good Friday.

The victory saw the Tigers regain their seventh place in the table.

On Saturday Axminster Town Reserves featured in a 0-0 draw aagainst Devon and Exeter Premier bottom club Ottery St Mary.

In the same division Lyme Regis continued their run of good results with a 2-0 away win over Okehampton.

Uplyme strengthened their promotion challenge with an 8-0 thumping of Okehampton Argyle 3rds in Division Six. 

In the Perry Street League Charmouth picked up the Tommy Tabberer Cup, played at Lyme Regis, over Division Two championship rivals Drimpton before a crowd of around 200.
