The young Tigers again playing on a full-size pitch did themselves proud conceding late on to draw the game.

Axe went behind early on caught out with a pacy winger who finished well. After going 2-0 down, the Tigers woke up and got a couple of goals back; Theo Dibling lobbed the keeper with a great finish when put through, and then George Manning followed up to score from a great save by the keeper, sending Axe in at half-time, trailing 3-2.

Into the second half, Alex Dixon showed his class finishing with a quick-fire hat-trick, all of his strikes outside the box after good lay off-play from the front three.

Axe then conceded late on to draw a tough game.

Man-of-the-match went to Theo Hewitt after getting stuck in tackling hard against players twice his size.
