Friday & Saturday: Matilda The Musical Jar

Members of ADC Youth, which is the younger section of Axminster Drama Club, have been in rehearsal for months to put on this popular musical at Axminster Guildhall on Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25.

While the junior version of the show is subtly different to the production that was so successful in the West End, and the recently released film, it nevertheless brings all the excitement that is encompassed in the anarchy of childhood years.

Friday: Axe Valley Academy live at Waffle House

The Community Waffle House in Axminster welcomes back Axe Valley Academy on Friday, March 24.

There will be a selection of performances from the school jazz band, Rock School, and a number of ad hoc bands which have been formed on the fly this school year.

Seats are at a premium for this one due to numbers, so be sure to book a table, and come and support and celebrate the budding local talent you might otherwise miss in your community!

Sunday: Quiz Night

Join Axminster Guildhall for its free, monthly Quiz Night, on the last Sunday of every month at 7pm.  

Questions on sport, science, history, facts, movies, TV and special questions such as The Weird Word, The Birthday Questions, What Year, 5 Second Intro and of course Tell-Leigh. There is no need to book, just pop along.
