A town centre road closure in Axminster is causing disruption on local bus routes this week.
A small section of Lyme Road, between The Lemon Plaice fish and chip shop and The George Hotel, will be closed until Friday.
This is causing some disruption to the Axe Valley Mini Travel (AVMT) 885 bus service.
A statement from AVMT said: "Although this is only a very small stretch of road, this is causing huge problems and disruption to our 885 service. No advance notice was given to ourselves with regards to this closure.
"We can continue to serve Trinity Square, Axminster and Axminster Hospital when coming from Seaton, Colyton and Musbury, however, we will be unable to serve Axminster Hospital and Trinity Square, Axminster when going back towards Musbury, Colyton and Seaton from Millwey.
"The only route available to us from Millwey is to use Stoney Lane to the Axminster bypass and serve Axminster Train Station via Gamberlake.
"If you are looking to board the 885 bus from Axminster Hospital or Trinity Square, Axminster to come back to Musbury, Colyton or Seaton you will need make your way to Axminster Rail Station and catch the 885 bus there.
"We are very sorry for the inconvenience this will cause you."
The First bus services between Axminster and Lyme Regis are being diverted via Chard Street.
