All Saints Primary School, near Axminster, was pleased to unveil the latest addition to its outdoor play equipment last week.

The 111 pupils at the primary school now have daily access to an all weather climbing trail that will provide hours of fun and promote gross motor skills.

Headteacher Claire Petts said: "We are indebted to the hard work of our wonderful PTFA who have been tirelessly fundraising to allow us to install the equipment.

"We are especially grateful to Axminster Care Service whose generous donation shows just what a wonderful community Axminster is.

"The ability to climb, balance, jump and land is so important for all ages of children. We are so lucky to have this here at All Saints."
