Joining the fight against litter pollution in Axminster

4th Feb 2022 | Local News

Plastic Free Axminster was pleased to welcome three of Xylem's workforce, from its Axminster branch on the Millwey Industrial Estate, to their town litter pick on Wednesday.

They joined Plastic Free Axminster's loyal litter-picking volunteers, with more than 15 large bucket-loads of rubbish gathered from around the town in just over an hour.

Thanks go to Axminster Community Cafe, within the Pippins Community Centre, for providing a relaxing cuppa and cake afterwards in a friendly atmosphere.

To find out about being more plastic-smart, visit the Plastic Free Axminster Facebook page or join in with the next litter pick.
