This week, our Business of the Week is Jack's Patch at Great Jackleigh Farm in Axminster, a peaceful pop-up campsite overlooking the spectacular Axe Valley.

Here they tell us a little more about what they have to offer...

Delve deeper into East Devon with a stay at Jack's Patch, Great Jackleigh Farm, a pop-up campsite set on a gently sloping field overlooking the spectacular Axe Valley, a mile from the centre of Axminster.

This peaceful site is part of a working farm and reverts back to agricultural use when guests aren't staying here. It's in a quiet location, with the little noise there is mostly coming from the livestock grazing in neighbouring fields and the background hum of agricultural machinery.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome here, but please remember that other animals are around so they'll need to be kept on leads at all times.

There are basic but well-maintained facilities – all pitches have access to an old barn for shade on hot days (or shelter on wet ones), showers, toilets and a washing-up area. Firepits are available to hire too, and wood is sold on site.

Guests who'd rather not use the shared facilities are welcome to bring a portable toilet for personal use.

For more details about Great Jackleigh Farm, visit their Facebook page.
