The Flamingo Pool in Axminster has called a crisis meeting

The Flamingo Pool in Axminster has a called a 'crisis meeting', asking for the support of the community.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 22 and 6pm in Axminster Guildhall.

The swimming pool is run as a charity and the meeting comes after a particularly challenging period during the coronavirus pandemic.

Those who run the charity have said they are not yet in the position to release a further statement on the situation, but have called the meeting saying that the pool "needs your help urgently".

All those with an interest in the pool are welcome to attend.
