Axminster skatepark to host first skate jam

The new skatepark facility in Axminster will be hosting its first Skatepark Jam on Sunday, April 30.

The event will be held at the skatepark, off Cloakham Drive, from 12noon to 4pm and will include demonstrations from professional riders, as well as competitions with great prizes up for grabs.

The Axminster Skatepark team will also be on hand to offer updates on their future plans for further developing and improving the facility.

It is hoped that the skate jam will become a regular event in Axminster.
