The Axminster Repair Café's great team of volunteer repairers has the wide range of skills needed to handle any repair challenges they're presented with.

They will be back at Axminster Guildhall for this weekend for the monthly Repair Café, from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, March 11.

If it can be repaired, and not just thrown away, they'll do it!

Held in Axminster's warm and inviting Guildhall, members of the general public regularly bring along a wide variety of personal items to see if they can be restored to use again.

China and glass, household items, electrical products, garden tools (often for blade sharpening), toys, sewing repairs and some quite unusual items, regularly feature amongst the items brought in for possible repair.

And while repair clients are waiting to see one of the repairers, or for their item to be dealt with, they're very welcome to enjoy a choice of hot or cold drinks, homemade cakes, biscuits, and even hot bacon rolls, provided by the Guildhall's 'Canteen Treats' volunteers.
