Axminster & Lyme Cancer Support are launching a programme of men-only events.

The events are being held to encourage men who have been affected by cancer to talk about their experiences and seek support where needed.

The programme will start with a Pie & Pint event at The George Hotel in Axminster on Wednesday, September 15 at 6.30pm.

There will then be a Blokes' Bruch at Ric's Kitchen in Victoria Place, Axminster, with guest speaker Dr Nick Hodges.

The event will be held from 9.30am to 11am on Saturday, October 9 and the cafe will be closed to the general public during this time to allow for privacy.

To express an interested in attending either event, or for further details, email [email protected]

Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support aims to provide support for everyone living with and beyond cancer. It offers regular, friendly meetings and activities in both in Axminster and Lyme Regis so support and information can be accessed locally.
