Axminster Care Service recently held its annual general meeting, attended by approximately 30 of the charity's volunteers.

The meeting was followed by a light afternoon tea and where the trustees and volunteers could enjoy some sociality.

The volunteers were the first to receive a copy of the newly updated ACS Booklet, containing contact details of local organisations, support, and emergency contact numbers for the local community.

The new booklet is available for collection from the ACS charity shop in South Street, along with copies of the minutes of this year's AGM.

ACS celebrated its 33rd anniversary this year, including its charity shop, which was the first one of its kind to open in Axminster.
